Payment Dates for SPRING 2015

Must be paid on the day of registration to protect the schedule. Students who register during this period will be charged a $35 late registration fee.

Students are strongly encouraged to pay their Spring 2015 fees prior to January 2nd for guaranteed class seat placement.

Student accounts not paid in full within 90 days after the end of the semester will be turned over the LA Attorney General's Office and may be reported to the Credit Bureau. Students will be responsible for all costs associated with the debt and its collection, including attorney fees. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in a $75 late fee.

To Pay in Person

Payments may be made weekdays at Accounting Services (Abrams Hall) from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. LSUA accepts Cash, Check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

To Pay by Mail

Enclose the bottom portion of the Student Account Statement with payments made by check or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to LSUA. Include the student's name and student ID number on checks.

To Pay Online

Pay online with Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) or credit card through FACTS Tuition Management.

  • Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) - ACH Payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. 
    NOTE: All down and full payments are processed immediately.
  • Credit Card Option - Payers have the option of charging their tuition payment to their credit card. Payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • Cost to Participate:
    • $40 payment plan enrollment fee per semester (ACH & Credit Card). The fee is non-refundable and is not credited to your tuition account.
    • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment.
    • $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned.
    • 2.75% service fee if a credit/debit card is used.
  • Steps to Pay Online
    1. Log into my.LSUA and click on the 'Pay for Classes' Link -OR- just log in directly by clicking here
    2. Select year/term, then submit
    3. Click on e-Cashier at the bottom of the page
  • NOTE: If you set up a payment plan prior to receiving your financial aid, you must notify Accounting Services when your financial aid is received to adjust your payment plan balance to reflect the balance of your student account.

Financial Aid - If you have ALL your tuition and fees covered by any type of exemption or financial aid (including loans), you do NOT have to see a cashier to complete the payment process. You can complete the payment process by accepting and applying the aid on your Award Letter through SelfService(IQ Web).
